Who I am and why you should care
I co-founded Taliferro, and built TODD and the Momentum System, because I kept seeing the same pattern: good teams losing momentum for boring reasons — unclear ownership, decisions that disappeared after a meeting, systems nobody trusted enough to actually use. Whether the fix ends up being cloud architecture, APIs, or data strategy, the standard is the same one at the top of this page: if it doesn't make the business work better, it doesn't belong.
I don't work with everyone
This isn't one-size-fits-all consulting, and it's not for everyone. If you want a strategy deck, this isn't it. If you want the actual bottleneck found and fixed, keep reading.
No magic, just pattern recognition
I've spent 40+ years in tech, from AT&T to startups, and the pattern repeats almost everywhere: most systems have one or two real bottlenecks buried under a lot of unrelated noise. I find that bottleneck, fix it, and stop — I don't keep billing for busywork once the real problem's solved.
Generative AI shouldn’t have a bias problem
AI should make decisions better, not automate the same biases we've been fighting for decades. I worked with the Washington State Office of Equity on generative AI policy for exactly this reason: bad data trains bad models, and bad models make bad decisions at scale.
If something isn't earning its keep
Tell me what it is — the system, the vendor, the process nobody remembers agreeing to. I'll tell you honestly whether it's worth fixing or whether you're better off leaving it alone.
